“If the LORD delight in us, then He will bring us into this land, a land that floweth with milk and honey.”
Numbers 14:8
Tea Tips:
There is NO milk in this tea! It is called “Milk” oolong because of its incredible natural creaminess and mouthfeel- a very unique experience in the world of tea. This is a pure, high quality tea from Taiwan with nothing added. Just tea!
As with all oolongs:
Infuse 3-4 times (or more!) with not-quite-boiling water. First infusion is usually 1-2 min based on your taste. Every infusion after can be increased in time by 30-60sec.
Use either a large (2” or more) tea ball to give the leaves room to expand OR put the tea straight into a cup and let steep before pouring through a strainer into another cup.
Good practice: Stand alone (unflavored/unblended) Oolongs do best when you do a rinse before the first infusion- simply pour enough water to cover the leaves and swirl for 10-15 sec, then throw away the rinse water and pour fresh water for the first infusion.
Always pour out the tea completely from the leaves so it does not over steep- (if you forget and it does over steep, just add more water to it and enjoy!)
We prefer it HOT
