Use hot, but not boiling water- ideal temperature is 180⁰F

These jasmine pearls have a full floral flavor and can be infused many times. You can either use a large tea ball or a cup to give the leaves room to expand. (We love to just leave them in the bottom of our cup and keep pouring in the hot water!)
