Tea Tips:

Our second most popular tea!

Use hot water but NOT boiling (if it boils let the water sit 5-10min before pouring over the tea- if the water is too hot it could burn the tea leaves and cause a bitter flavor)

This is a stronger green tea with a lot astringency; great hot or iced!

Infuse 2-3 times for 30-60sec the first time and increase each time to taste
