Tea tips:

Infuse 4-5 times (or more!) with not-quite-boiling water. First infusion is usually 1-2 min based on your taste. Every subsequent infusion can be increased in time by 30-60sec.

Use either a large (2” or more) tea ball to give the leaves room to expand OR put the tea straight into a cup and let steep before pouring through a strainer into another cup.

Always pour out the tea completely from the leaves so it does not over steep- (if you forget and it does over steep, just add more water to it and enjoy!)

We prefer it HOT but it is also good iced
